Chocolate Bananza Feminized is a 65% indica hybrid developed by Sherbinskis as part of the Sensi Seeds Breeding Grounds project. This strain is a balanced cross between Banana Kush (a blend of OG Kush, Skunk, and Haze) and Chocolate Rainbow XXL (a Sensi Seeds original bred from GMO and Gelato #41). It is well-suited for both indoor and outdoor cultivation, thriving in a semi-humid, warm Mediterranean climate. With a short flowering period, high yield potential, and a soothing, balanced high, Chocolate Bananza Feminized is ideal for both novice and experienced growers.
Chocolate Bananza Feminized cannabis seeds typically grow into medium-sized plants with a thick and sturdy central cola, supported by strong lateral branches with dense internodal spacing, creating a bushy and robust growth structure. These plants offer a good balance between compactness and height, allowing for large bud stacking. Indoors, they commonly reach a height of 70-110 cm and can produce yields of up to 460-650 grams per square metre. Outdoors, they can grow up to 200 cm tall and yield 550-750 grams per plant over a 60 to 65-day flowering cycle.
The buds of Chocolate Bananza Feminized are large, round, and colorful, featuring a deep forest green hue with purple and chocolate streaks. The pistils range from bright orange to amber, and the flowers are typically covered in a thick layer of glistening trichomes, giving them a glossy, "sugar-coated" appearance.
Chocolate Bananza Feminized is extremely versatile and suitable for various growing techniques. If flowered early, their compact size and tight internodal spacing make them a good fit for a sea of green (SOG) setup. However, they truly excel when grown using a screen of green (SCROG) or other low-stress training methods. Their even canopy also makes them a good candidate for lollipopping.
Once flowering begins, Chocolate Bananza Feminized emits a potent, sweet aroma with notes of banana candy, cocoa, and dessert chocolate, with a hint of earthiness. After curing, the dried buds enhance these scents, blending creamy tropical banana notes with chocolate fudge undertones and a subtle kush spiciness.
