Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic seeds have a 65% indica / 35% sativa heritage. They were developed for our Breeding Grounds program in collaboration with Champelli, an iconic West Coast cannabis cultivator and hip-hop enthusiast. It is a medium-sized plant with a pine-like structure, bushy appearance and XL yields. The terpene profile features notes of citrus and diesel fuel. The easy-to-grow plant grows well in temperate/continental climates.
Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic provides a delightful blend of sweetness and captivating undertones. It has a super fruity grape flavour with hints of tangerine and vanilla. The strain has a distinct floral scent that becomes more noticeable during the last few weeks of flowering. As the buds are cured, the aroma becomes even more intense. Featuring notes of orange, lime, and lemon, with a subtle hint of diesel. It also has a slight earthiness and warm hints of sandalwood in its taste. On the back of the tongue, one can detect a fresh berry essence with a faint contribution of aniseed.

Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic seeds have predominantly indica morphology and are thick and sturdy. Branches have tight nodal spacing, and many auxiliary shoots fill the frame with dense and bushy foliage. However, during the flowering stage, Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic can experience significant stretching due to the influence of Clementine.
Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic is a low-maintenance strain, and growers can expect a hassle-free growing experience, making it an excellent option for beginners. One of the key advantages of this strain is its short flowering time of only 55-65 days, which means you will not have to wait too long to see the results of your hard work. Additionally, the shorter flowering time means you will have less time to make mistakes throughout the cultivation cycle.
When grown in ideal conditions, Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic can grow up to 100-120 cm indoors, while outdoor growers in Temperate/Continental climates may see heights of 120 cm or more. In a closely monitored indoor environment, the yield can be around 275 to 325 grams per square meter. Outdoors, growers can expect to harvest 300 to 350 grams or more per plant.
Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic thrives without requiring much defoliation. However, it's noteworthy that it is not ideal for training techniques.
Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic produces chunky and dense buds with swollen calyxes and a heavy coating of trichomes. The buds have a low leaf-to-calyx ratio, and the leaves display beautiful colours as they mature. Initially, the foliage is light green, but as the flowers mature, they develop vibrant, eye-catching, purplish hues.
Mimosa Sunrise XXL Automatic is a hybrid strain that is a three-way cross between Clementine, Purple Punch and Sticky Orange XXL. Our breeders worked closely with Champelli to reinvigorate the highly potent Purple Punch strain through a meticulous selective breeding process. We then crossed it with Clementine and our Sticky Orange XXL, renowned for its autoflowering traits, bountiful yield, and abundant resin production.
