During vegetative growth, maintain 18-24 hours of light daily. Many growers use 18/6 (18 hours on, 6 hours off).

Nutrients in Vegetative Stage

During veg, plants need higher nitrogen (N) compared to phosphorus and potassium. A ratio like 10-5-5 is ideal.

Training Techniques

• Topping - Remove the top cola to encourage bushier growth
• LST (Low Stress Training) - Bend branches to create a flat canopy
• FIM (Fuck I Missed) - Pinch off 75% of the growth tip
