Types of Grow Lights

Choosing the right light for your grow room is crucial for plant development and yield.

LED Lights

LED lights are energy-efficient and produce less heat than traditional HPS bulbs. They are ideal for small to medium grow operations.

HPS (High Pressure Sodium)

HPS lights are great for flowering stages. They emit more red spectrum light which encourages flowering and budding.

Light Cycles

Vegetative stage: 18 hours light, 6 hours dark. Flowering stage: 12 hours light, 12 hours dark.
